The Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Utilize various channels to identify and generate potential leads for our immigration services.
  • Prospecting: Engage in proactive outreach to prospective clients, presenting our services and identifying their immigration needs.
  • Client Engagement: Maintain regular communication with past clients, understanding their current needs, and exploring opportunities for additional services.
  • Cold Calling: Demonstrate the ability to initiate and conduct cold calls confidently, effectively communicating the value of our services to potential clients.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique requirements and providing tailored solutions.
  • CRM Utilization: Effectively use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to manage and organize client interactions, leads, and follow-up activities.
  • Social Media Engagement: Actively participate in social media platforms to increase brand visibility, engage with potential clients, and stay updated on industry trends.
