Job Description

• Visit prospective leads; schedule and follow through on calls with leads and customers.

• Knowledge of farm input products.

• Good communication skills with farmers.

• Understand the customer requirements & demands and sell the products.

• Source and work customer referrals.

• Answer all lead and customer questions accurately; prioritize and escalate lead, and customer questions as needed.

• Inform leads and customers (farm) of current promotions and discounts.

• Maintain positive business and customer relationships to extend customer lifetime value.

• Track all appointments sales, complaints, status reports, etc. thoroughly for manager review.

• Communicating with customers through various channels.

• Prepare reporting as needed.

•Meet with customers (Farm) to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company's relationship with them.

• Meet the Farm sales target.
