Job Description

Prime Career Recruitment is seeking a Business Development Executive to join our team. The Executive will focus on sourcing and connecting with Australian companies to fulfill their staffing needs.

This person will act as a liaison between our Recruiting Team and Australian Companies. He/she will be naturally curious, results-driven, and eager to connect companies with ours.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish, maintain, and develop new relationships with Australian companies to achieve job placements now and in the future
  • Initiate and foster relationships with Australian companies to understand their hiring needs
  • Utilize networking strategies to expand our reach and visibility within the market
  • Work closely with our Talent Acquisition team to achieve monthly placement targets
  • Create job posts and handle social media platforms for recruitment
     

Other Specification

  • Working Experience in any offshore Recruitment Process in Australia is a must
  • Advanced Excel & MS Office, IT & Digital Marketing Background, Canva, Photoshop, etc
  • A plus point would be familiarity with SmartRecruiters, JazzHR, Linkedin Recruiter, or equivalent ATS experience
  • Able to confidently represent the company with professionalism and courtesy
  • Self Learner & attention to detail.
