Job Description

Job Summary: 

We are looking for a motivated Sales & Customer Service Assistant to join our team. The ideal  candidate will be responsible for driving sales, handling customer inquiries, managing store  operations, and assisting in stall setups when required. This role offers a fixed salary along with  attractive commission incentives based on performance. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable  products/services.
  • Generate leads and convert them into sales through direct interaction, calls, and follow-ups.
  • Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve complaints efficiently.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company.
  • Assist in managing store operations, including inventory handling and organization.

Job Specification

Education: Minimum High School/Diploma/Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Experience: 0-2 years of experience in sales or customer service (Freshers with strong  communication skills are welcome). 

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Customer-focused with problem-solving abilities. 
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
