Job Description

Position Overview:
The Customer Relationship Manager is responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction, loyalty, and retention. This role involves addressing client needs, resolving complaints, and proactively identifying opportunities to improve the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
  • Track customer interactions, feedback, and service requests to ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Analyze customer behavior, feedback, and satisfaction reports to improve services and enhance the customer experience.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align customer needs with business offerings.
  • Follow up with clients after service delivery to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of client communications and update CRM databases regularly.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
  • Prepare regular reports on customer satisfaction, feedback trends, and relationship-building outcomes.
Job Specification
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service, client handling, or relationship management role.
  • Experience with CRM systems and customer engagement tools is an added advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving aptitude.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Positive attitude, empathy, and a proactive approach to customer service.
  • Basic understanding of sales processes and client lifecycle management.

Working Conditions:

  • Office-based role with occasional field visits or virtual meetings depending on client location.
  • May require flexible hours depending on customer needs.
