Job Description
Position Overview:
The Customer Relationship Manager is responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction, loyalty, and retention. This role involves addressing client needs, resolving complaints, and proactively identifying opportunities to improve the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
- Track customer interactions, feedback, and service requests to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Analyze customer behavior, feedback, and satisfaction reports to improve services and enhance the customer experience.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align customer needs with business offerings.
- Follow up with clients after service delivery to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.
- Maintain accurate records of client communications and update CRM databases regularly.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
- Prepare regular reports on customer satisfaction, feedback trends, and relationship-building outcomes.
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service, client handling, or relationship management role.
- Experience with CRM systems and customer engagement tools is an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving aptitude.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
