Job Description

Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and skilled Sales Engineer (Civil Engineering) with 1+ years of experience to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales, providing technical consultations, and developing strong relationships with clients in the construction and engineering sectors. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and a strong understanding of construction materials, project sales, and engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop business opportunities in the construction and civil engineering sector.
  • Promote and sell engineering solutions, products, and services to clients.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding product specifications and applications.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, architects, consultants, and developers.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales quotations.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and project terms with clients.
  • Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to improve product offerings.
  • Ensure timely project follow-ups and after-sales service.
Job Specification

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or a related engineering role.
  • Strong understanding of construction materials, engineering solutions, and project sales.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong technical knowledge of civil engineering products and solutions.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven sales environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
