Job Description
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the creation of visual designs for a variety of projects, including print and digital media. The Junior Graphic Designer will work closely with our senior design team to produce high-quality graphics and marketing materials that accurately reflect our brand identity.
- Assist in the creation of visual designs for various marketing and promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, social media graphics, and other digital assets
- Collaborate with senior designers and marketing team to conceptualize and execute designs that reflect the brand identity and message
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input and ideas for design projects
- Ensure that all designs are high-quality, visually appealing, and accurately reflect the brand
- Assist with photo and video shoots and edit media as necessary
- Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design
Job Specification
- A degree or diploma in graphic design or a related field
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Knowledge of graphic design principles, typography, color theory, and layout design
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to take direction and work collaboratively with a team
- A portfolio showcasing previous design work is required
