Job Description
Job Summary:
The Pre-Primary Grade Teacher is responsible for fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment that supports the early development of young learners. The teacher will implement age-appropriate teaching methodologies, interactive activities, and play-based learning to develop foundational literacy, numeracy, and social skills.
Teaching & Learning:
- Design and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with the early years’ curriculum.
- Use interactive and play-based teaching strategies to promote early learning.
- Develop children's motor, cognitive, language, and social skills through creative activities.
- Encourage curiosity and a love for learning in young children.
Classroom Management:
- Maintain a safe, positive, and organized classroom environment.
- Ensure proper behavior management using positive reinforcement techniques.
- Provide individual attention to students to support their unique learning needs.
Student Care & Development:
- Foster emotional and social development through storytelling, role-playing, and group activities.
- Monitor students’ progress and share updates
Job Specification
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Education (B.Ed.) or relevant subject specialization.
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience (preferred).
- Skills:
- Strong classroom management and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creativity in lesson planning and instructional methods.
- Passion for student learning and development.
- Smart in digital literacy
