Job Summary:
The Academic Director oversees the institution's academic programs, curriculum development, and overall educational excellence. This role ensures that the school's teaching methodologies align with national and international standards, enhance faculty performance, and promote student success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Curriculum Development & Implementation:
- Design, implement, and evaluate curriculum standards in line with educational policies.
- Ensure innovative and research-based teaching methodologies.
Faculty Management & Development:
- Recruit, train, and mentor teachers to maintain high academic standards.
- Conduct professional development programs and workshops.
Student Performance & Assessment:
- Monitor student learning outcomes and implement necessary improvements.
- Oversee the development of assessment tools and evaluation methods
Policy Development & Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to national education policies and accreditation requirements.
- Develop and implement academic policies and procedures.
Research & Innovation:
- Encourage a culture of innovation and research among teachers and students.
- Introduce and integrate modern teaching technologies.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Work closely with school leadership, parents, and external educational organizations.
- Develop partnerships with universities and educational institutions.
Strategic Planning & Budgeting:
- Prepare annual academic plans and budget allocations.
- Ensure resource optimization for academic activities.

Experience:
