Job Description
- Sales Conversion: Proactively reach out to potential clients via phone and online platforms to promote and sell our machinery products.
- Client Interaction: Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues, to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our product range to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets while adhering to our sales strategies and protocols.
- Record Keeping: Accurately log all sales interactions and transactions in our database, maintaining confidentiality and data integrity.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the sales team to share insights, strategies, and updates.
- Flexibility: Be prepared to take on additional tasks or roles within the company as needed.
Job Specification
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales / E- Commerce.
- Computer Proficiency: Strong computer skills, including proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [Expert in Nepalese and English].
