Job Description
  • Track and record daily attendance, including reasons for absences or tardiness, and report to the manager.
  • Post job vacancies and monitor applications.
  • Conduct initial telephonic interviews and schedule in-person interviews for shortlisted candidates.
  • Collaborate with managers to organize and communicate training sessions.
  • Prepare HR documents, such as offer letters, employment letters, warning letters, etc.
  • Monitor employee performance and address non-compliance with company policies.
  • Ensure employees’ systems are functioning correctly.
  • Manage and track inventory of essential office supplies.
  • Daily reporting.
  • Prepare official documents.
  • Complete other assigned tasks.
  • Complete other assigned tasks.
  • Track, record, and document daily expenses accurately.
  • Complete other assigned tasks.
Job Specification
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of HR processes, including recruitment and performance management.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.

  • Working Hours : Monday -Friday (NST) 06:00 AM (Morning) - 02:00 PM (Afternoon) including 45 mins break (Non-negotiable), and Saturday (NST) 06.00 AM (Morning)- 12:00 PM (Afternoon) including 30 mins break (Non-negotiable).
