Job Description
- Track and record daily attendance, including reasons for absences or tardiness, and report to the manager.
- Post job vacancies and monitor applications.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews and schedule in-person interviews for shortlisted candidates.
- Collaborate with managers to organize and communicate training sessions.
- Prepare HR documents, such as offer letters, employment letters, warning letters, etc.
- Monitor employee performance and address non-compliance with company policies.
- Ensure employees’ systems are functioning correctly.
- Manage and track inventory of essential office supplies.
- Daily reporting.
- Prepare official documents.
- Complete other assigned tasks.
- Complete other assigned tasks.
- Track, record, and document daily expenses accurately.

Job Specification
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of HR processes, including recruitment and performance management.
- Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills.

- Working Days: 6 days/week (Monday -Saturday).
- Working Hours : Monday -Friday (NST) 06:00 AM (Morning) - 02:00 PM (Afternoon) including 45 mins break (Non-negotiable), and Saturday (NST) 06.00 AM (Morning)- 12:00 PM (Afternoon) including 30 mins break (Non-negotiable).
