Job Description
  • Call Australian clients and pitch Government-subsidized products.
  • Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics.
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
  • Foster long-term relationships with prospects and clients to ensure ongoing business opportunities.
  • Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance campaign outcomes and achieve collective objectives.
  • Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.
  • Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
  • Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Job Specification
  • Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong verbal and listening abilities to effectively convey ideas effectively over the phone.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills, with the ability to handle objections while securing commitments.
  • Adaptable sales approach that evolves with market trends, client feedback, and business needs.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
  • Flexibility with working hours to accommodate AUS shifts.

  • Working Days: 6 days/week (Monday -Saturday).
  • Working Hours : Monday -Friday (NST) 06:00 AM (Morning) - 02:00 PM (Afternoon) including 45 mins break (Non-negotiable), and Saturday (NST) 06.00 AM (Morning)- 12:00 PM (Afternoon) including 30 mins break (Non-negotiable).
