Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the Acting Head of HR, overseeing all human resource activities.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals.
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement processes.
- Manage employee performance reviews and career development plans.
- Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws.
- Support management in decision-making by providing HR insights and strategies.
- Foster a positive work culture and address employee grievances effectively.

Job Specification
