Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the Acting Head of HR, overseeing all human resource activities.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals.
  • Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement processes.
  • Manage employee performance reviews and career development plans.
  • Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws.
  • Support management in decision-making by providing HR insights and strategies.
  • Foster a positive work culture and address employee grievances effectively.

Job Specification

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree (completed).
