Job Description
  • Provide support, guidance, and training to patients and doctors.
  • Be present at the office during working hours.
  • Act as the first point of contact for patient/doctor calls, emails, and other communications.
  • Conduct welcome calls/emails for doctors and patients.
  • Follow up with patients via calls.
  • Track daily activities, including sign-ups and appointments.
  • Report software-related issues to the Software Developer daily.
  • Address complaints and management concerns by reporting.
  • Prepare and submit a weekly report and review it in a scheduled call.
  • Develop training and communication materials as needed.
Job Specification
  • Bachelor's degree (preferably currently pursuing) with strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Prior experience in HR, customer support, or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic software handling.
