Job Description
- Provide support, guidance, and training to patients and doctors.
- Be present at the office during working hours.
- Act as the first point of contact for patient/doctor calls, emails, and other communications.
- Conduct welcome calls/emails for doctors and patients.
- Follow up with patients via calls.
- Track daily activities, including sign-ups and appointments.
- Report software-related issues to the Software Developer daily.
- Address complaints and management concerns by reporting.
- Prepare and submit a weekly report and review it in a scheduled call.
- Develop training and communication materials as needed.
Job Specification
- Bachelor's degree (preferably currently pursuing) with strong communication and organizational skills.
- Prior experience in HR, customer support, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic software handling.
