Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Coordinator at Kumari Job located in Kathmandu.
- The Front Office Coordinator will be responsible for phone etiquette, appointment scheduling, office administration, receptionist duties, and providing exceptional customer service
- Answer phones according to company/client specifications and guidelines.
- Accept, screen and route telephone calls concerning activities and operations of the office, directing inquiries as appropriate and/or providing information.
- File and maintain records.
- Ability to work and interact well with others.
- Provide excellent customer service.
