Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Coordinator at Kumari Job located in Kathmandu.

  • The Front Office Coordinator will be responsible for phone etiquette, appointment scheduling, office administration, receptionist duties, and providing exceptional customer service
  • Answer phones according to company/client specifications and guidelines.
  • Accept, screen and route telephone calls concerning activities and operations of the office, directing inquiries as appropriate and/or providing information.
  • File and maintain records.
  • Ability to work and interact well with others.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
