Front Desk Duties: Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients and employees. Greet clients, answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about services offered, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere and provide excellent customer service.
Appointment Management: Schedule and manage client appointments, coordinating with counselors or other staff members to ensure optimal scheduling and efficient use of time.
Communication: Effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders both in person and via various communication channels, demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must have knowledge of mail checking, replying, sorting and distributing .
Problem-Solving: Address client inquiries, concerns, or conflicts with professionalism, empathy, and a solution-oriented mindset, seeking guidance from supervisors or appropriate staff when necessary.
