Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in financial record-keeping, budgeting, and reporting.
- Process invoices, payments, and reimbursements in compliance with financial policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial documents and administrative records.
- Assist in payroll processing and tax calculations.
- Support procurement, inventory management, and office administration tasks.
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, and travel arrangements.
- Handle correspondence and communication with stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with financial and administrative regulations.
Job Specification
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in finance and administrative roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, or similar) and MS Office.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of local tax laws and financial regulations (preferred).
- Good written and oral communication in both English and Nepali.
- Excellent typing skills in English and Nepali.
Additional Requirements:
- Candidates with their own two-wheeler and a valid driving license will be given priority.
