Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in financial record-keeping, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Process invoices, payments, and reimbursements in compliance with financial policies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial documents and administrative records.
  • Assist in payroll processing and tax calculations.
  • Support procurement, inventory management, and office administration tasks.
  • Coordinate meetings, workshops, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle correspondence and communication with stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with financial and administrative regulations.
Job Specification

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in finance and administrative roles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, or similar) and MS Office.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of local tax laws and financial regulations (preferred).
  • Good written and oral communication in both English and Nepali.
  • Excellent typing skills in English and Nepali.

Additional Requirements:

  • Candidates with their own two-wheeler and a valid driving license will be given priority.
