Job Description
Kel Innovation Private Limited is looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Field Service Executive to manage product demonstrations, installations, and maintenance services. The role requires traveling to various locations, providing excellent customer support, and ensuring a seamless experience for clients. The candidate must have strong communication skills and the ability to explain product features and benefits effectively to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate products to customers, clearly explaining features and benefits.
- Install, set up, and provide basic servicing of products at client locations.
- Deliver products securely and on time.
- Address customer inquiries and provide on-site support.
- Maintain customer relationships through effective communication.
- Record visits and services performed for reporting purposes.
Job Specification
Education:
- Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience(preferred):
- Preferred experience in a customer-facing or field support role.
- Experience in product demonstrations or technical sales is a plus.
Skills and Abilities:
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively describe product features and functionality.
- Basic technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong time management and the ability to work independently.
Other Requirements:
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driver’s license.
- Flexibility to travel frequently, including to cities outside Kathmandu.
- Adaptable to dynamic schedules and work environments.
