Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning and Leadership
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve the hotel’s financial, operational, and guest satisfaction goals.
- Oversee and coordinate all departments, including the Skywatch rooftop restaurant, front office, housekeeping, and F&B.
Operational Management
- Ensure smooth daily operations across all hotel functions.
- Maintain high standards for cleanliness, service, and overall guest experience.
Financial Oversight
- Prepare and manage budgets, monitor revenue and expenses, and maximize profitability.
- Analyze profit/loss statements and implement strategies to improve financial performance.
Guest Relations
- Foster a customer-centric culture, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Address and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.
Team Management
- Recruit, train, and motivate staff, ensuring optimal performance and engagement.
- Conduct regular evaluations and provide feedback to enhance team efficiency.
Sales and Marketing
- Work with the sales team to boost occupancy and F&B sales.
- Promote Skywatch as a premium dining experience through strategic marketing initiatives.
Compliance and Reporting
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Submit regular performance reports to stakeholders.
Job Specification
Education:
- Masters’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
- At least 5 years of hotel management experience, preferably in a 3-star or similar environment.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting and P&L analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Expertise in hotel management systems and software.
Personal Attributes:
- Customer-focused and results-oriented.
