Job Description
- Oversee day-to-day social media contents and ensure brand consistency.
- Research and develop relevant social media content ideas and topics to reach the company’s target customers
- Oversee and create Monthly Editorial Calendar for content development and promotion.
- Collaborate with Graphic Designers and Videographers to develop content
- Optimizing contents (images, videos and written) for publication across various social media platform.
- Monitoring Audience's engagement on contents.
- Remaining up to date social media trends and tools.
- Develop social media strategies and manage Social Media campaigns
- Keeping track of data and analyzing the performance of social media campaigns
- Create Weekly and Monthly Social Media Performance Report.
Job Specification
- Experience as a social media manager or a similar role
- Proven expertise in social media marketing and social media platforms
- Good command in Nepali and English language.
- Strategic thinking for developing effective marketing campaigns
- Knowledge on design tools Adobe Photoshop and Canva.
- Proactive and Ability to think out of the box.
- Craft engaging content.
- Organized and able to multitask.
