Job Description
- Greet and engage customers in a friendly, professional manner.
- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate water purifiers.
- Develop in-depth product knowledge of Karnali Krishna Purifier products.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional products and services.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries and concerns.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and attractive product displays.
- Monitor stock levels and inform management about product shortages.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer interactions.
Job Specification
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in sales/marketing preferred.
- Prior retail sales experience preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
