Job Description
- Assist with preparation of the budget
- Implement financial policies and procedures
- Establish and maintain cash controls
- Establish, maintain and reconcile the general ledger
- Monitor cash reserves and investments
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements
- Establish and maintain supplier accounts
- Processes supplier invoices
- Maintain tax-related matters, calculate and submit VAT AND TDS.
- Issue cheques for all accounts
- Ensure transactions are properly recorded and entered into the computerized accounting system
- Prepare income statements
- Handel the issues related to IATA or any other ticketing systems
Job Specification
- Must have completed Bachelor Degree
- Good knowledge of Tally and other accounting systems
- Knowledge of TAX, VAT and Dollar accounting
- Microsoft Application Skills (Words, Excel, PPT, Internet)
- Highly Skilled in Accounting and finance
- Effective Teamworking Skills
- Knowledge of Travel related products
- Knowledge of IATA or BSP Links, and other airlines system
- Should have at least 2 Years’ experience in Airlines or IATA accredited travel agents in Nepal
