Job Description
Domestic Sales:
Lead Generation:
- Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, referrals, online research, and networking.
Client Visits:
- Schedule and conduct in-person or virtual meetings with prospective clients on a daily basis to build relationships and understand their needs.
Client Approach:
- Initiate contact with new clients in a professional manner, introducing the company and its offerings with confidence and clarity.
Product and Service Pitching:
- Present and promote company products and services effectively, tailoring the pitch to address the client’s pain points and requirements.
Follow-Ups and Conversions:
- Maintain regular follow-up communication to nurture leads and ensure timely closure of deals.
Documentation
- Prepare proposal, negotiate and prepare agreement as per need
International Tele Sales:
- Make outbound sales calls to potential clients in international markets such as the US, UK, and Australia.
- Communicate fluently in English with clarity, professionalism, and a customer-friendly tone.
- Cold calling
- Develop a strong rapport with international clients by actively listening and understanding their business needs.
- Present and explain products/services confidently, addressing concerns and handling objections tactfully.
- Flexible working in the night shift based on the international time zone.
Job Specification
- Proven experience in sales and tele sales, call centers, customer service, or similar roles (preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication skills; fluency in English is essential for international sales.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Good computer skills; experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Must be able to work flexible shifts (especially for international markets).
- Must have own vehicle and license.
