Job Description
A Division Manager in a kitchen appliances is responsible for overseeing the division’s operations, ensuring efficient day-to-day functioning, and driving the growth of kitchen-related products.
Managing Operations:
Overseeing daily operations and optimizing processes within the division to ensure the smooth production and distribution of kitchen appliances.
Product Development:
Collaborating with the product development team to design and launch kitchen appliances that meet market needs and quality standards.
Sales and Marketing:
Working with the sales and marketing teams to create strategies for promoting and selling kitchen appliances effectively in the market.
Financial Oversight:
Managing the division’s budget, forecasting, and ensuring financial targets are met, including profit margins on kitchen products.
Team Management:
Leading and guiding the team of professionals within the division, ensuring effective training and strong team performance.
Strategic Planning:
Developing long-term strategies for the division’s growth in the kitchen appliance sector, aligned with the company’s broader objectives.
Job Specification
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field with preferred for minimum 5 years managerial roles in the kitchen appliance industry.
Leadership and Management:
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team in the kitchen appliance division.
- Strong conflict resolution and team-building skills to create a harmonious and productive work environment.
- Effective decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Strategic Thinking:
- Ability to develop long-term strategies for growth and market expansion in the kitchen appliance industry.

Financial Acumen:
