Job Description
- Promote and sell Jasmine Hygiene Products to customers in assigned retail locations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
- Assist customers by providing product information and recommendations.
- Build and maintain good relationships with retailers and customers.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure proper product display.
- Conduct market research and provide feedback on customer preferences and competitor activities.
- Process orders, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate sales records.
- Collaborate with the sales team to execute promotional activities and campaigns.
Job Specification
- Minimum +2 (Intermediate) education; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Prior experience in retail sales, FMCG, or hygiene products sales is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales.
- Willingness to travel within Kathmandu, Bhaktapur, and Lalitpur.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and digital sales tools is a plus.
