Job Description
- Generate new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients in the flooring and furnishing sector.
- Promote and sell our product range to both B2B and B2C clients.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Provide product knowledge, recommendations, and consultative solutions to customers.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall sales growth of the company.
- Prepare sales reports and presentations for management review.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Salary Range: NPR 35,000 to NPR 40,000
Additional Benefits: TA/DA, bike maintenance allowance, and fuel coverage.
Job Specification
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, specifically in the flooring and furnishing industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
