Job Description
- Drive sales by identifying new business opportunities, expanding the customer base, and ensuring a consistent sales pipeline.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, including retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
- Actively prospect new clients and increase the client portfolio within the region.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify new trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and strategies to ensure the company remains competitive.
- Organize product demonstrations, presentations, and promotions to increase product visibility and sales.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, highlighting achievements, challenges, and market trends.
- Gather feedback from customers regarding products, quality, and service, and communicate this feedback to the relevant departments.
- Work closely with the marketing and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries, promotions, and product availability.
- Collaborate with the finance department to ensure proper payment collections and manage credit terms with clients.
Job Specification
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the carpet, textile, or home decor industry.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and teams.
