Communication: Serve as a liaison between the sales team and other departments, ensuring clear communication regarding customer needs and sales strategies.
Order Processing: Handle order entry and processing, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Customer Interaction: Assist with customer inquiries, providing product information, resolving issues, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in sales support, administration, or customer service is beneficial.
