Respond to customer inquiries in real-time through live chat, providing solutions to technical, product-related, and service-related issues.
Guide customers through product features, troubleshooting steps, and other related queries.
Ensure that each customer’s query is resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by offering personalized, courteous, and professional service.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and outcomes in the customer support system.
Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been fully addressed.
Stay updated on product/service offerings, company policies, and best practices in customer support.
