Prepare and maintain financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
Ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns and compliance with tax regulations.
Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts and monitor the company’s financial performance against them.
Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial records.
Manage the invoicing process, track payments, and ensure timely collection of receivables.
Conduct internal audits and reviews to ensure adherence to financial regulations and policies.
Monitor and track company expenses, ensuring proper documentation and approval processes.
Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making and business growth strategies.
Assist in the preparation of financial documents for external audits and liaise with auditors as required.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related role.
Solid understanding of accounting principles, tax laws, and financial reporting standards.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) and MS Office (especially Excel).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage time effectively and work under tight deadlines.
Strong understanding of financial regulations and tax laws.
