Job Description
  • Assist in identifying potential candidates using various channels, such as job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
  • Review resumes, screen applicants, and shortlist qualified candidates for interviews.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring all necessary arrangements are made.
  • Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates on their application status.
  • Maintain and update the recruitment database and candidate records for future hiring needs.
  • Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements on job boards, company websites, and social media platforms.
  • Assist in tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire and source effectiveness, to improve recruitment processes.
  • Assist in preparing offer letters, employment contracts, and other relevant documents for selected candidates.
  • Support in conducting background checks, reference checks, and verifying candidate credentials.
  • Assist in the onboarding process by gathering required documents and helping with orientation logistics.
Job Specification
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR assistance.
  • Knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools, job boards, and social media platforms for sourcing candidates.
  • Basic understanding of HR software and MS Office applications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
