Job Description
- Assist in identifying potential candidates using various channels, such as job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
- Review resumes, screen applicants, and shortlist qualified candidates for interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring all necessary arrangements are made.
- Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates on their application status.
- Maintain and update the recruitment database and candidate records for future hiring needs.
- Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements on job boards, company websites, and social media platforms.
- Assist in tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire and source effectiveness, to improve recruitment processes.
- Assist in preparing offer letters, employment contracts, and other relevant documents for selected candidates.
- Support in conducting background checks, reference checks, and verifying candidate credentials.
- Assist in the onboarding process by gathering required documents and helping with orientation logistics.
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR assistance.
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools, job boards, and social media platforms for sourcing candidates.
- Basic understanding of HR software and MS Office applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
