Job Description
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Manage the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Oversee the onboarding of new employees, and design training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Foster a positive working environment by addressing employee grievances and facilitating resolution processes.
  • Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems to evaluate employee performance.
  • Oversee payroll processing, employee benefits, and incentives to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Ensure the organization’s adherence to legal and regulatory requirements, including labor laws.
  • Maintain employee records, prepare HR reports, and use HR analytics to inform decision-making.
  • Develop, implement, and revise HR policies and procedures as needed.
  • Implement programs to boost employee engagement, motivation, and retention.
  • Oversee workplace health and safety programs and ensure a safe working environment.
Job Specification
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management or a similar role.
  • Sound knowledge of HR systems, payroll, and labor law compliance.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.
  • Experience in managing recruitment processes, performance appraisals, and employee relations.
