Job Description
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Oversee the onboarding of new employees, and design training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Foster a positive working environment by addressing employee grievances and facilitating resolution processes.
- Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems to evaluate employee performance.
- Oversee payroll processing, employee benefits, and incentives to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Ensure the organization’s adherence to legal and regulatory requirements, including labor laws.
- Maintain employee records, prepare HR reports, and use HR analytics to inform decision-making.
- Develop, implement, and revise HR policies and procedures as needed.
- Implement programs to boost employee engagement, motivation, and retention.
- Oversee workplace health and safety programs and ensure a safe working environment.
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management or a similar role.
- Sound knowledge of HR systems, payroll, and labor law compliance.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.
