Job Description

Position Overview:

The Recruitment Administrator is responsible for managing the administrative aspects of the recruitment process. This includes handling job offers, employment agreements, visa applications, and other necessary documentation to ensure that all legal and procedural requirements are met for new hires.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Job Offer Management:
    • Prepare and send out job offers to selected candidates.
    • Ensure that all job offers are consistent with company policies and legal requirements.
  2. Employment Agreement:
    • Draft and manage employment agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal and personal data standards.
    • Coordinate with relevant departments to gather necessary information for agreement preparation.
  3. Document Submission:
    • Handle the submission of documents to relevant authorities, such as the Employment Service (HZZ) and other government bodies.
    • Ensure that all necessary documents are submitted on time and in the correct format.
  4. Visa Application and Residence Registration:
    • Assist candidates with visa applications and ensure that all required documents are prepared and submitted.
    • Manage residence registration processes, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
  5. Medical, Hygienic, and Sanitary Checks:
    • Coordinate medical, hygienic, and sanitary checks and certificates for new hires as required.
    • Ensure that all health-related documentation is complete and compliant with company and legal standards.
  6. Documentation Management:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment-related documentation.
    • Ensure that all documentation is filed properly and accessible when needed. It refers to worker training and certification programs, Diploma nostrification, Driving licenses, Code 95, Driver card.
    • Work permit documentation & tax payments.

  • Reduce Time to Close Legal and Bureaucratic Processes:
    • Streamline the submission and processing of documents to reduce the time required for legal and bureaucratic procedures.
    • Reduce the number of incomplete and incorrect documentation

Job Specification

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within recruitment or HR.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with visa application processes and legal requirements related to employment.
  • Proficiency in using office software and HR management systems.
