Job Description
- Prepare termly, weekly and daily lesson plans as per curriculum guidelines provided.
- Ensure the lesson plans are delivered in the classroom effectively and efficiently.
- Enhance students' interests, abilities and performance by promoting a collaborative and cooperative learning culture.
- Develop strategies for effective and proactive classroom management.
- Assess and evaluate students' progress via both internal and external assessment and communicate it with their parents and school authority.
- Participate in general/unit/class meetings as and when required.
- Perform other duties related to teaching and learning activities as and when assigned by the school authority.
Job Specification
- Must have completed Master's Degree in relevant subject (preferably in Education) .
- Must have minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Must be familiar with BLE and SEE curriculum .
- Proficiency in both English and Nepali language.
- Must have a positive attitude to work in a diverse team.
- Must have effective classroom management skills .
- Must have sound knowledge and skills of virtual class.
