Job Description

  • Entering customer and account data from source documents within time limits
  • Gathering, collating, and preparing documents, materials, and information for potential future business partners.
  • Scan documents and print files, when required.
  • Respond to queries for company information
  • Familiarity with administrative duties
  • Experience using office equipment, like scanner, photocopy machine etc.
  • Typing speed and accuracy
  • Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation

 

Job Specification

  • Should have basic computer knowledge (Mailing, MS Word, Excel, internet, report making, Data Entry)
  • Great written and verbal communication ability.
  • Good command in written and spoken English
  • Understanding of machine operations, functionality and processing

Working Hour : 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
