Job Description
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet hotel revenue targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and target market segments to drive business growth.
  • Manage and grow corporate, group, and leisure business accounts.
  • Create promotional materials, advertisements, and content that align with the hotel’s brand and value proposition.
  • Coordinate with design and content teams for creating high-quality marketing collateral.
  • Conduct regular market research to understand the competitive landscape and guest preferences.
  • Analyze booking trends, customer feedback, and data to refine sales and marketing strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including travel agencies, event planners, and corporate clients.
  • Collaborate with the revenue management team to ensure pricing strategies align with market demand and maximize profitability.
  • Monitor booking channels, including online travel agencies (OTAs) and direct bookings, to ensure optimal visibility and sales.
  • Plan and execute promotions for events, holidays, and seasonal offerings to attract guests and group bookings.
  • Coordinate with the events team to ensure seamless execution of group bookings, conferences, and other special events.
  • Track and report on sales performance and marketing campaign effectiveness.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and marketing reports.
  • Assist with budget preparation for the department and ensure that marketing initiatives stay within budget.
Job Specification

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing within the hospitality industry or a similar field.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of hotel operations and revenue management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems, booking engines, and other hotel management software.
