Job Description
The Google Ads Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid search campaigns on Google Ads to drive measurable results for our clients and internal marketing goals. You will work closely with the marketing team to create strategies, analyze performance, and ensure maximum ROI from digital advertising efforts.
- Google Ads Campaign Management: Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, Video, etc.) to drive traffic, sales, and leads.
- Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-performing keywords and trends, ensuring proper targeting for ads.
- Campaign Strategy: Develop and implement paid search strategies that align with business objectives, focusing on increasing brand visibility and maximizing ROI.
- Bid Management: Regularly monitor and adjust bidding strategies to ensure that campaigns meet performance goals while staying within budget.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on Google Ads campaign performance, analyzing key metrics like click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, cost-per-click (CPC), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- A/B Testing: Run A/B tests on ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies to optimize performance and improve results.
- Ad Copy Creation: Write compelling and effective ad copy that aligns with campaign goals and targets specific customer segments.
- Remarketing Campaigns: Set up and manage remarketing campaigns to re-engage previous website visitors and increase conversions.
- Collaboration: Work with the creative and content teams to ensure ads align with brand guidelines and messaging, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
- Budget Management: Manage and allocate budgets for paid campaigns, ensuring that resources are used efficiently for maximum impact.
- Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest Google Ads features, trends, and industry best practices to ensure campaigns are utilizing the most effective tools
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- Google Ads certification (Search, Display, Shopping, Video) is a plus
- Experience with Google Analytics and data analysis tools.
- Knowledge of SEO and how it complements paid search efforts.
- Familiarity with additional paid media platforms (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads) is a plus
- Strong understanding of Google Ads platforms (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, etc.).
- Proficient in keyword research, ad creation, and bid management.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and other tracking tools to measure performance and adjust campaigns.
- Ability to create detailed reports and insights to present to stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
