Job Description
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing strategic marketing campaigns. You will work closely with the senior leadership team to align marketing efforts with business objectives, overseeing a team of marketing professionals to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and overall business growth
- Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's vision, goals, and target market.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, development, and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, social media, events, etc.).
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of marketers, guiding them to success by providing mentorship, feedback, and resources to ensure high-quality output.
- Brand Strategy: Define and maintain a strong brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing efforts and touchpoints.
- Digital Marketing: Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email campaigns, and paid advertising.
- Market Research & Insights: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and better understand customer needs, preferences, and behaviors.
- Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring effective resource allocation and ROI optimization for all campaigns.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams such as sales, product development, and customer service to ensure alignment on messaging and go-to-market strategies.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and marketing metrics, making data-driven decisions to adjust strategies and improve results.
- Content Strategy: Oversee content creation, including blogs, videos, white papers, infographics, and other digital assets to support marketing and sales objectives.
- Event Planning: Organize and manage company events, webinars, trade shows, and conferences to build brand presence and foster customer relationships.
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) is a plus.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Deep knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tactics (SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in performance tracking and ROI analysis.
- Proficiency in marketing tools (Google Analytics, social media management platforms, CRM systems).
- Ability to think creatively and strategically.
- Project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines
