Job Description
Legal Representation:
- Representing clients in various courts (civil, criminal, family, etc.), providing a voice for the client in legal proceedings.
- Advocating on behalf of clients by presenting arguments, examining witnesses, and making legal submissions.
- Preparing and drafting legal documents, such as pleadings, petitions, motions, and affidavits, required for court cases.
