Job Description
Administrative Support:
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel.
- Handle correspondence (emails, phone calls, etc.) and act as the first point of contact.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as needed.
Team Management:
- Supervise other support staff or assistants.
- Ensure efficient workflow across teams and departments.
- Coordinate and manage office or departmental resources.
Project Support:
- Assist in the coordination of projects, tracking timelines and deliverables.
- Support project teams with logistics, documentation, and communication.
Customer and Client Relations:
- Serve as a liaison between executives and clients or partners.
- Handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure positive customer relationships.
Problem-Solving and Decision-Making:
- Address operational or administrative issues that arise and find timely solutions.
- Prioritize tasks, delegate work, and keep the team on track.
Confidentiality and Discretion:
- Handle sensitive information and manage confidential matters with discretion.
Job Specification
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field is often preferred.
- Must be able to work fast and have strong communication & organization skills. Strong negotiation skills required. Strong understanding of the Kathmandu area
