Job Description

Front Desk Management

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees professionally.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.
  • Maintain a neat and organized reception area.

Operational Support

  • Coordinate daily administrative and operational tasks.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Maintain records, files, and documentation.

Customer Service & Coordination

  • Address customer queries and provide solutions promptly.
  • Assist in processing transactions, invoices, and reports.
  • Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams.

General Administration

  • Support HR and management with office-related tasks.
  • Monitor office supplies and ensure smooth operations.
  • Perform other duties assigned by management.
Job Specification

Education & Qualification:

  • Minimum +2 passout (Bachelor’s degree preferred).

Experience & Skills:

  • 1-2 years of experience in front desk or operations (preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Customer service orientation with problem-solving skills.
