Job Description
Front Desk Management
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees professionally.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain a neat and organized reception area.
Operational Support
- Coordinate daily administrative and operational tasks.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
- Maintain records, files, and documentation.
Customer Service & Coordination
- Address customer queries and provide solutions promptly.
- Assist in processing transactions, invoices, and reports.
- Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams.
General Administration
- Support HR and management with office-related tasks.
- Monitor office supplies and ensure smooth operations.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
Job Specification
Education & Qualification:
- Minimum +2 passout (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Experience & Skills:
- 1-2 years of experience in front desk or operations (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Customer service orientation with problem-solving skills.
