Job Description
- Preparing travel itineraries, tour costing, content writing, blogs.
- Corresponding with customer about their requirement.
- Regular follow up with customer.
- Identifying the customer’s need, and provide best solution of the need.
- Coordinating with vendors, hotels, rental companies
- Making bookings and update in the Customer relationship Management system.
- Selling travel products and tour packages
Job Specification
- At least 1 years of experience as intern or employee
- Relevant product and industry knowledge
- Must have computer skills
- Good planning, organizational, diplomatic and reporting skills
- Must have good communication skills both verbal and written.
- Must be able to work in a group.
- Must maintain good working environment and relation with colleagues.
- Must be dedicated towards work and respect work.
