Job Description
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify and evaluate potential expansion opportunities, including:
- Restaurant business
- Cafe business
- Tiffin delivery service
- Other potential food-related ventures
- Analyze competitor landscape, customer demographics, and industry trends to inform strategic decision-making.
Business Development Strategy:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve growth objectives.
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships and collaborations.
- Explore new sales channels and marketing initiatives.
Sales and Marketing:
- Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to promote new offerings. Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Represent Gyaba Kitchen at industry events and networking opportunities.
Operational Planning:
- Collaborate with the chef and other team members to ensure smooth operational execution of new ventures.
- Develop and manage budgets for new projects.
- Monitor and evaluate performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Job Specification
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in business development or a similar role, preferably in the food industry.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and growing new business ventures. Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and operations.
