Job Description

Market Research and Analysis: 

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify and evaluate potential expansion opportunities, including: 
  • Restaurant business 
  • Cafe business 
  • Tiffin delivery service 
  • Other potential food-related ventures 
  • Analyze competitor landscape, customer demographics, and industry trends to inform strategic decision-making. 

Business Development Strategy: 

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve growth objectives. 
  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships and collaborations. 
  • Explore new sales channels and marketing initiatives. 

Sales and Marketing: 

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to promote new offerings. Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders. 
  • Represent Gyaba Kitchen at industry events and networking opportunities. 

Operational Planning: 

  • Collaborate with the chef and other team members to ensure smooth operational execution of new ventures. 
  • Develop and manage budgets for new projects. 
  • Monitor and evaluate performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

 

Job Specification

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Experience: 
  • At least 3 years of experience in business development or a similar role, preferably in the food industry. 
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and growing new business ventures. Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and operations.
