Job Description
Position Overview:
Heartland Academy seeks a passionate and knowledgeable Law Teacher to teach procedural law and civil and criminal justice to +2 level students. The ideal candidate will deliver engaging educational content, foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, and support students in their academic, social, and emotional development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and deliver well-structured lessons on procedural law, civil justice, and criminal justice.
- Utilize diverse teaching methodologies to make complex legal concepts accessible and engaging.
- Encourage active participation and critical thinking among students.
- Provide individual support to help students understand legal concepts and improve performance.
- Design and administer quizzes, tests, and assignments to evaluate student progress.
- Provide constructive feedback to guide academic growth.
- Maintain a positive and disciplined classroom environment.
- Address student behavior and academic concerns with sensitivity and professionalism.
- Stay updated on legal and educational trends to improve teaching practices.
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in faculty meetings and training sessions.
Job Specification
- Bachelor Degree in Law (LL.B. or equivalent).
- Knowledge of procedural law and civil and criminal justice concepts.
- Teaching experience is preferred but not mandatory for highly motivated candidates.
- Strong understanding of procedural law and civil/criminal justice systems.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to foster an inclusive and positive learning environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
Working Conditions:
- Time: 9:30 AM - 11:30 AM.
- Salary: NPR 7,000 per period.
