Job Description
- Pick up customer orders from the designated location and ensure timely delivery to their home address.
- Handle products with care and ensure they are delivered in good condition.
- Follow the most efficient routes for delivery to ensure timely service.
- Provide excellent customer service while delivering orders.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and customer receipts.
- Ensure the company-provided scooter is in good working condition and report any issues to the management.
- Adhere to traffic laws and company delivery policies.
- Assist in loading/unloading packages as needed.
Job Specification
- Must have a valid driving license (two-wheeler).
- Familiarity with city roads and traffic rules.
- Good communication skills for interacting with customers.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Must be physically fit to carry and deliver packages.
