Job Description
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with the school’s curriculum and educational standards.
- Teach a variety of topics, including grammar, writing, reading comprehension, literature analysis, and vocabulary development.
- Facilitate classroom discussions, debates, and activities to enhance critical thinking and collaborative skills.
- Utilize various teaching methodologies and tools, including digital resources, to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Prepare, administer, and grade assignments, quizzes, tests, and projects.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students on their performance and progress.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and prepare progress reports for parents and school administrators.
- Establish and maintain a positive, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment.
