Job Overview
We are seeking a Mid-Level Quality Analyst with experience in e-commerce platforms to ensure the reliability, functionality, and performance of our digital solutions. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in testing and improving website features, payment integrations, and overall user experience to maintain a seamless and bug-free e-commerce platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test plans and test cases for e-commerce platforms.
- Perform functional, regression, performance, and security testing.
- Identify, document, and track bugs, ensuring timely resolution.
- Conduct usability testing to enhance user experience.
- Work closely with developers and project managers to improve quality standards.
- Validate API integrations, payment gateways, and third-party tools.
- Automate test scripts where applicable to improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with industry best practices and security standards.
Job Specification
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
- Proficiency in manual and automated testing techniques.
- Experience with testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, Postman, or similar.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or custom-built solutions.
- Understanding of API testing and web security principles.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of SQL and database validation (preferred).
