Job Overview
We are looking for a Data Analyst with expertise in e-commerce analytics to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in analyzing and interpreting data to improve sales performance, enhance customer experience, and drive business growth. Your insights will help shape marketing strategies, website optimization, and data-driven decision-making across our e-commerce projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze e-commerce data to uncover trends and business opportunities.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, customer retention, and revenue growth.
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Google Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Conduct A/B testing to evaluate marketing, pricing, and UX strategies.
- Work closely with marketing and development teams to improve website performance.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across multiple sources and platforms.
- Automate data reporting processes for efficiency.
Job Specification
- 2 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in an e-commerce setting.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and data analysis.
- Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce (preferred).
- Strong understanding of conversion optimization, customer behavior analysis, and sales forecasting.
- Basic knowledge of Python or R for data processing (preferred but not required).
- Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations.
