Job Description
- Enter daily customer orders into our database system
- Assists consumers by providing highest level of customer service; remains professional and polite at all times.
- Document calls and conversations
- Verify the accuracy of order information
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Coordinate with customers on calls and online
Job Specification

- Strong computer and data entry proficiency.

Working hour:
- Morning Shift : 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM
- Day Shift : 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
- Night Shift : 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM
