Job Description
- Pick up items from the designated location and deliver them to customers safely.
- Ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Verify customer orders before delivery.
- Maintain the delivery vehicle/bike in good condition.
- Follow traffic rules and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with customers and the team regarding order status.
- Handle products with care to prevent damage during transit.
- Assist in loading and unloading products if needed.
- Report any issues, delays, or accidents to the supervisor immediately.
- Assist the team in best possible way.
Job Specification
- Valid driving license
- Own a two-wheeler.
- Familiarity with local routes and GPS navigation.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to handle cash transactions if required.
- Basic knowledge of using a smartphone for navigation and order updates.
- Physically fit to handle loading and unloading if necessary.
- Punctual, responsible, and professional behavior.
